Happy Holidays 2018!
Aeriol’s 2018 in review…
I hope this finds you well. Just wanted to share an update for my year. I’m pretty sure everyone knows I closed my Reiki Angel Intuitive Arts Healing Center and created an online energy healing virtual academy. I still see healing clients in my cozy home studio. Since then, the new speaking aspect of my business has really taken off and I have got to travel quite a bit!
Starting with a trip to Mexico in January 2018 and ending with my first big Keynote Corporate Training Gig in Dec, 2018. This year has kept me busy and in action. I’ve now spoken on 2 Princess Cruise Ships and several women’s retreats. I had the opportunity to sing in the onboard version of the TV show “the VOICE” and was runner up with my version of Valerie =)
Other cool speaking engagements in 2018 included MC’ing at the Thriving Women in Business Community’s Fempire business summit and the Super Speaker Shero Summit. The biggest feather in my cap this year was that I led my first Women’s Retreat to Las Vegas and the RISE lantern festival which was a completely mind blowing experience!
Although there was a lot of growth in new directions in my business, this year was not without a lot of letting go. I let go of my students at the San Jose School of Music and saw the end of of my performing band STREAM. Although I did perform at the Gilroy Garlic Festival over the Summer as I have for the last 5 years, it was with a completely different musical lineup and I currently have not booked myself for any future performances.
It was a year of discovery. I discovered my Father’s (whom I had never met) side of the family and had some remarkable insights and healing about my life. (The guy on the left is my dad and the older guy is my grandfather) WOW!
Our fur family went through some big changes too. We welcomed our new rescue dog Dali to the family in March. Our family had just started to recover from losing Ruby after the holidays last year and with the addition of Dali we seemed to have found our rhythm again.
However, rather unexpectedly we were hit again with the loss of Easter in September. It was probably one of the most devastating things I ever experienced. He went quickly and peacefully in my arms. I felt such a void after his passing and I rescued another young dog we are calling Twinkie shortly after Thanksgiving.
So as you can imagine, it was quite a year of healing. But the biggest news on the healing front is I became Certified as a Vibrational Sound Therapist which I think may have changed the course of my healing work forever. It is just that amazing. Keep your eyes peeled for new offerings!
I have managed to keep up with my Community Volunteer Work during this busy year by serving on the Board of Directors for the TWIB Giving Circle as the Membership Chairperson and I also serve on the board of directors for the Silicon Valley Blues Society.
For fun … This year I went to Disneyland for the first time in over a decade! Wow! That was a very exhausting and awesome time! All in all, I have a really wonderful life and I am so glad to have you as part of it!
Wishing you and yours the absolute best this Holiday Season!
Here’s to a ridiculously amazing 2019!
